Determination of a Program Coordinator (Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairy) who will be responsible for managing the programs offered by the specialization in terms of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<li data-start=\"433\" data-end=\"568\">\n<p data-start=\"435\" data-end=\"568\">Holding meetings with faculty members responsible for teaching and distributing courses at the beginning of each academic semester.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"737\">\n<p data-start=\"571\" data-end=\"737\">Coordinating the courses taught in postgraduate programs to ensure implementation of the regulations and to ensure that each student has two opportunities for each course.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"738\" data-end=\"886\">\n<p data-start=\"740\" data-end=\"886\">Providing academic advising to postgraduate students, or delegating this task to an assigned person during the first Department Council meeting.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"887\" data-end=\"1000\">\n<p data-start=\"889\" data-end=\"1000\">Assigning courses to teaching assistants and assigning them duties in accordance with their job descriptions.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1220\">\n<p data-start=\"1003\" data-end=\"1220\">Monitoring program activities, analyzing results, reviewing the reports of the internal reviewer and the external examiner for the undergraduate stage, and writing the program report at the end of the academic year.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1221\" data-end=\"1350\">\n<p data-start=\"1223\" data-end=\"1350\">Convening emergency meetings to ensure the smooth operation of the program, issuing invitations, and recording meeting minutes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1352\" data-end=\"1469\"><strong>2. Formation of a Program-Level Quality Committee during the first meeting of the academic year, consisting of:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<li data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1520\">\n<p data-start=\"1472\" data-end=\"1520\">Head of the Department (Prof. Dr. Eissa Shokeir)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1521\" data-end=\"1571\">\n<p data-start=\"1523\" data-end=\"1571\">Program Coordinator (Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khairy)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1572\" data-end=\"1634\">\n<p data-start=\"1574\" data-end=\"1634\">Program Quality Coordinator (Prof. Dr. Abdel Alim Hashem)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1692\">\n<p data-start=\"1637\" data-end=\"1692\">A representative of faculty members (Dr. Aktham Ihab)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1693\" data-end=\"1736\">\n<p data-start=\"1695\" data-end=\"1736\">A representative of the assistant staff<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"2120\">The committee communicates directly with students through their representatives. The committee is responsible for monitoring quality-related activities within the department, supporting colleagues, collecting students\u2019 complaints and faculty members\u2019 issues, submitting them to the Department Council for discussion, and proposing mechanisms for improvement and development.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1738\" data-end=\"2120\">3. <strong>Determination of a Representative for each class<\/strong> to represent his\/her fellow students, convey their opinions and problems, and submit them to the Quality Follow-up Committee. The representative has the right to communicate rapidly in urgent matters with the Head of the Department and the Department Administrator regarding logistical needs.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2463\" data-end=\"2753\">4. <strong>Holding a Conference for Students and Faculty Members in the ninth or tenth week,<\/strong> during which students\u2019 problems are discussed, urgent solutions are provided for critical issues, and development proposals are presented through an action plan coordinated by the program coordinators.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2755\" data-end=\"2992\">5.<strong> Discussion of Quality Practice Issues and the Fulfillment of Academic Accreditation Requirements<\/strong> as a standing item on the agenda of Department Council meetings, listed as the second item following the review of faculty decisions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mechanisms for Implementing Quality at the Level of the Educational Process: 1.
