Holding meetings for professors in charge of teaching and distributing courses at the beginning of each semester.
Coordination of courses taught for graduate programs to implement the regulation, so that the student has two opportunities for each course.
Academic guidance for postgraduate students or delegates to the one who does this in the first department council.
Distributing courses among teaching assistants and assigning them their duties as stated in the job description.
Follow-up program work, analyze results, report the external auditor for the undergraduate stage, and write the program report at the end of the academic year.
Holding emergency meetings to run the works of the program and calling for them and recording the minutes of the meetings.

2. Forming a quality committee at the program level in the first session of the academic year, consisting of:
Head of Department.
Program coordinator.
Program quality coordinator.
A representative of the faculty
A representative from the supporting body.
The committee communicates directly with students through their representatives (batch representatives).
The committee is responsible for following up the department’s quality work, providing assistance to colleagues, collecting student complaints and problems of faculty members to be submitted to the department’s council, discussing them, and suggesting mechanisms for improvement and development.

3. Determining a representative for each batch who represents his colleagues and presents their opinions and problems and submits them to the Quality Follow-up Committee, and he has the right to communicate quickly in urgent matters with the department head and department manager for logistical needs.
4. Holding a conference for students and professors in the ninth or tenth week in which students’ problems are discussed, urgent solutions are provided to urgent problems, and development proposals are presented through an action plan coordinated by program rapporteurs.
5. The issues of quality practice and the achievement of academic accreditation requirements are discussed on the department council’s list of works as a second item after reviewing the college’s decisions.
