Analysis of statically determinate structures: types of structures, loads, supports, reactions, internal forces in beams, frames and planar trusses. Analysis of statically indeterminate structures: calculation of deformations, consistent deformation method, approximate methods, properties of plane sections. Stresses and strains: normal, shear, torsion and principle stresses.
